Easily Assign Bookings to your Staff via the Staff Schedule
Geo aims to make it as easy as possible to manage jobs, and assign bookings to your staff. Just as the Job Schedule highlights active job bookings, the Staff Schedule (represented by the clock dashboard icon on the left side of the console) allows you to easily get a snapshot of your staff's current scheduled bookings for the DAY, WEEK or MONTH.
You can use the top right selector to switch the current schedule view from day to week to month.
Tips: Clicking on the '...' menu button to the right of the MONTH selector, will open a small window allowing you to customise your Staff Schedule. This includes what information is presented for bookings, and the primary time range of your schedule (i.e. 9am-5pm).
Important Note: The Schedule refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.
Assigning or reassigning job bookings in the Schedule is quick, easy and convenient.
Click anywhere in either Day, Week or Month and a small box will pop up asking for the job details like normal.
Clicking a booking on the Schedule will open the job details in the left panel of the screen showing a breakdown of important job details, from this panel you can also add a booking or edit job.
Adding Jobs & Bookings in the Staff Schedule
To add a new job into the Schedule, click on the "Add Job" icon. After clicking on this, the job card will appear on the left portion of the screen and will allow you to create a job as normal.
To add a new booking to a job, click anywhere on the Schedule and a small window will pop up that will allow you to input booking details.
The flexibility of the Staff Schedule allows you to work with jobs in the best way that suits you and your business.
Note: Staff Schedule can only be accessed by Geo Administrators and Team Leaders.
